An honest audit of your digital ad spend.
Send me access to your ad accounts and I'll review them like I would for a paying client. You get a written diagnostic within five business days. No pitch, no follow-up funnel — just an actual audit.
What you get.
Spend efficiency review
Where the budget is genuinely working, where it's leaking, and the specific changes that would shift CAC or ROAS in the next 30 days.
Tracking and attribution check
What's broken in your tracking, what's being double-counted, and what's missing from the picture you're reporting to leadership.
Channel and creative analysis
Which channels are pulling weight, which aren't, and where creative is the actual bottleneck rather than spend or targeting.
Three priorities for the next 90 days
Ranked by expected impact and effort. The kind of recommendations that come from someone who's run accounts for ANZ Bank and ASX-listed enterprises.
A 20-minute walkthrough
Optional. Once the report is delivered, I'll walk you through it so you can ask questions and pressure-test the recommendations.
Who this is for
Mid-market businesses spending $5,000+ per month on digital ads, mostly on Meta, Google, or LinkedIn. If you're running smaller experiments or B2C e-commerce under $5k/month, this isn't quite right — but I'm happy to point you somewhere useful.
Honest answers about the audit.
Is this really free?+
Yes. There's no charge and no obligation. The audit is genuine work that takes me 4–6 hours per account. I do it because it's the most honest way for prospective clients to see how I think — far more useful than a sales call.
What's the catch?+
None, mechanically. The intent is clear: I'm hoping that if the audit is genuinely useful, you'll consider working together on a retainer or project. If it isn't useful, no hard feelings — and no follow-up funnel. I run a small client list, so I'd rather attract the right fit than chase volume.
What access do you need?+
Read-only access to your ad accounts (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager — whichever apply), Google Analytics, and ideally your CRM if you use one. I'll never request anything beyond read-only.
How long does the audit take?+
Five business days from the moment access is confirmed. I deliver a written PDF report with screenshots and prioritised recommendations.
