This site is operated by Dwain Douman. This policy explains what information is collected, how it's used, and your rights.
What I collect
If you submit a form on this site, the information you enter (name, email, company, role, and the content of your message) is sent to me directly via email and, where applicable, stored in my customer relationship management system (HubSpot) for the purpose of replying to you and managing the engagement.
Like most sites, basic technical data — your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit — is automatically logged by hosting and analytics providers. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand traffic patterns.
What I do with it
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage any subsequent client relationship. It is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than the one you gave it for.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete any information I hold about you at any time by emailing hello@dwaindouman.com. I'll action the request within 30 days.
